Internships

Law at Evansville Museum

Kaman working as an intern at the Evansville Museum (2009).

Internships are a great way to learn about the field from the inside and to network with people who might help you find a job after graduation. We strongly suggest everyone do an internship while they are a student at UE. Dr. Strobel is the department's internship point person. She can help you figure out what type of opportunity might be right for you.  Before you talk her, be sure to follow the two links below and read the material you find.

We strongly suggest that you figure out which semester in the future you would like to do an internship and that you notify Dr. Strobel of your interest at least a full semester before you would begin the internship.  In the past all internship positions in Evansville have been filled, so some people have not been able to do an internship during the regular school year.

What do you do in an internship anyway?  Click here to find out.
