Applying to a Graduate Program in Painting
When applying to a graduate program contact both the University Graduate Program and the Departmental contact. Chances are that they have different deadlines for the submission of materials, so check with both locations for requirements and deadlines.
Materials that are usually required for application are: a slide portfolio (usually 20 slides or digital images), a completed university application form, Graduate Record Exam scores above the 25th percentile (some schools do not require this), letters of recommendation, transcripts from undergraduate institution, and sometimes a letter or
written application letter.
