Artists use networking as a tool in the creation of an artwork. Shepard Fairey relied on viral marketing through the internet and street art to create his first major work, the OBEY campaign. Using Andre the Giant as his logo, Fairey created a work that was posted throughout the world. His most recognizable work may be the Obama Campaign Poster.
