Shown here is the advertisement of Jane Dale Owen Fauntleroy's seminary (i.e., school). The ad ran in many issues during 1844 and 1845 of the Indiana Statesman, published in New Harmony. The dates suggest that the school was in operation during these two years. No ads were found in 1843 or 1846 issues of the Statesman.
