Students Conserving America:
This is a non-governmental organization that works with the National Park Service to place seasonal interns at National Parks. Most posts offer a stipend that covers food, lodging, and travel. It is a fantastic way to get involved in the National Park Service, if that is where you would like to take your career.
Indiana Governor's Summer Interns Program:
The state of Indiana has a number of summer internships in various departments. Some internships may be related to archaeology while others are not, but they all provide valuable work experience. Opportunities are listed in December and close in February.
