The Geometric Lab has some Java applets that illustrate some concepts of curves and surfaces.

Applets for graphing vector fields:

• 2-D vector fields
• 2- or 3-D vector fields
• Gradient Field with Contours

Some programs for TI-83/84 that support 3 dimensional graphing:  Graph^3, which graphs in 3D and has an Diff Eq application; and Graph 3D, whcih proports to work with standard graphing features such as zoom, trace, calc, etc.
